The price is for the villa/apartment and is not per person.  Holiday insurance is not included and this must be taken out by each person in the party.  The holidaymaker undertakes to keep the premises and all furniture, fittings and equipment in or on the premises in the same state of repair as at the commencement of the holiday and also to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.  Please replace any broken or damaged items.  There is an extra £150.00 breakage deposit (£75 for Annie-Sylvie) which is returned to you when the keys are received by us and I have notification that there has been no major damage during your stay.

We ask you to send a non-refundable deposit of 30% with your completed booking form.  The balance is to be received by us eight weeks before your visit.  If your balance is not received by this time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.  If you book within this eight weeks, please send payment in full.
