The Area
The town of Javea is just a short drive away.
All sporting activities are available within a few kilometres of the villa.
There is a long sandy beach here, with pedaloes for hire and lots of room
for beach games. The beaches of Javea have been awarded the EEC Blue
Flag for cleanliness. There is a promenade along the beach bordered
with restaurants and bars along it. In the evening there is a craft
market along the promenade.
Javea has an old town with more shops and restaurants
and a harbour. It is quite different from the beach area and is well
worth a visit.

The
Accommodation

The villa is set in its
own, spacious private walled plot in a residential area just two kilometres
away from the beaches, restaurants and shops of Javea. The accommodation
is all on one level. The villa is centrally heated and is equipped and furnished to the highest
standards and comfortably sleeps six. |
There are three bedrooms, one
double with full en-suite bathroom, and two twin rooms, second full bathroom.
Both bathrooms have a shower over the bath. There is a separate
fitted kitchen with a large fridge/freezer and full size cooker, large
lounge with fireplace and a separate dining room. There is a cassette
player and colour satellite TV.

There is a spacious covered
porch leading on to the garden. There is a kidney shape pool surrounded
by ample tiled terracing for sunbathing, a large built-in barbecue, with
plenty of room to eat 'al fresco'. |
There are sun loungers and
garden furniture.
There is private off road
parking. |
