The Area

 Moraira is an old fishing village, which has not been spoilt by development.  There are many good restaurants, varying in price, quality shops, bars and a few clubs.  It is not a rowdy resort, but has everything for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday.  The beach is sandy with a beach bar.  There is a large, weekly market in the town with everything from ceramics to leather, fruit and produce and local art and craft.  There is a craft market every evening in the summer in the town centre.  Every sport is catered for.  There are many good golf clubs in the area.  Water sports abound locally and there are tennis courts, a super go-kart track.  There is a marina where boats can be hired.  Also in the marina is a good restaurant which is open to non-members.








 
The Accommodation
 El Pinar is a small development of detached bungalows in a quiet setting approximately half a mile from sandy beaches restaurants and shops.  The bungalow has been totally renovated for summer 2005 and is quietly situated with a view of the surrounding hills. 

There are three bedrooms - two twin and one double with newly refurbished en-suite shower room. The full bathroom has also been refurbished. There is a large, well furnished lounge with community satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. There is also a separate dining room with a large dining table. The kitchen was also newly refitted in spring 2005 and offers cooker with full size convection oven and gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.  A cot is also provided where necessary.

There is a covered terrace with seating round a table for 8 and newly paved open sun terraces with a brand new private pool for summer 2005.  There is a built-in barbecue and ample garden furniture and sun loungers.  There is off road parking for one car.
The communal swimming pool is about 30 yards from the bungalow and is only used by the development.  There is a weekly change of linen.  The bungalow is thoroughly cleaned before your holiday.  The bungalow is looked after by an English company who will be happy to help you with any problems during your stay.
