Moraira is an old fishing village, which has not been spoilt by development. There are many good restaurants, varying in price, quality shops, bars and a few clubs. It is not a rowdy resort, but has everything for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. The beach is sandy with beach bar. The beach which we use mostly is called Fustera and is the closest sandy bay to the house. It has a beach bar and a few yards away is a bar/restaurant. There is a large, weekly market (on Friday) in the town with everything from ceramics to leather, fruit and produce and local art and craft. There is a craft market every evening in the summer in the town centre.

Buena Vista is an imposing 2 story detached villa situated on a select development approximately a mile from sandy beaches and a six minute drive from Moraira's shops and restaurants. The villa has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is excellently fitted and equipped inside and out. The spacious villa sleeps 10 comfortably and is set on a large mature plot with many olive and fruit trees. The villa is benefitted by 2 patio areas, one surrounding the large rectangular pool and the other situated to the rear of the villa with a built in barbeque & serving area.
